Placing
& Acceptance of Order:
You may

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order either by
phone or email at which time we will then advise on stock availability,
payment, delivery details etc. It is only at this point that our
contract to supply you with products comes into effect and as such you
have agreed to all the terms and conditions as laid out here.
Payment:
Payment can be made on line through Paypal (which accepts
selected credit cards if you do not have a Paypal account). Sorry but
we do not accept payment by American Express or Cheque.
We charge your account upon our ‘acceptance’ of your order
(see above)
Delivery:
We are pleased to offer free delivery on orders £150 and
above (there may some exceptions to this – see below) usually within 3-5
working days for items held in stock. Other products may take longer
but this will clearly marked on the product description page.
Orders placed for products totalling below £150 will be
subject to a £5 postage and handling charge, payable in advance and may
take a little longer to arrive as they will be posted via Royal Mail.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to overseas or BFPO
addresses. At present we can only deliver to the UK mainland. If
you are outside this zone then please contact us prior to attempting a
purchase on line.
It may be
possible to arrange early or weekend deliveries by prior arrangement
subject to an extra fee. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We will strive to notify you in advance of expected
delivery dates by courier (unfortunately this is not possible with
Royal Mail packages) but if you are unavailable to sign for the delivery
- a calling card will provide you with further information as to what
to do next to receive your goods.
Please sign for all goods as ‘unchecked’ – this is
essential for any potential damage in transit claims.
Should you refuse delivery of your order or be unavailable to
accept it after 2 attempts at delivery then the products will returned
to us by the carrier & we reserve the right to charge you all the
return carriage costs plus a minimum £10 handling fee.
Cancellations:
You do have the right to withdraw from this agreement but
this right ends 7 days after delivery.
Some products are excluded due to health & safety
reasons – for example some items of clothing and toiletries. Other
exclusions include special orders.

immediately to prevent your order being dispatched thus saving
you extra expense. If your order has already been sent
again you must contact us prior to returning the unused products by

and we will arrange collection of the items. Please note that
this will be at your own expense as the goods have already been
dispatched – we will advise you of the collection charge and ask for
payment in advance. You will need your reference number to hand.
The product may only be
cancelled if it is unused and in the same condition as delivered to you.
The product packaging must be intact and unspoilt. Where possible
please use the original outer packaging to return your items. We will
carefully inspect the products upon receipt and if all the above
criteria has been met, a refund of the cost of the products will be
processed as soon as possible within 30 days. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a
resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will
only refund our original delivery charges (including our actual delivery
costs if the order qualified for free delivery) when a product is
faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Warranties/Guarantee
Period:
We are confident in
knowledge that all our products, when used correctly, are of sound
design and manufacture. We inspect all products before
collection/delivery and attach a note to say that as far as we are
concerned the product is complete, intact and free from any known
defect.
However, on occasion
unforeseen problems may develop and we are here to help you resolve them
as quickly as possible, with the absolute minimum of disruption.
Most products are covered by a 6 month warranty supplied by
the manufacturer although a few companies offer an extended period -
please refer to our information letter attached to your instruction
manual to establish the guarantee period applicable to your product.
In the unlikely event your item develops a manufacturing
fault within the specified guarantee period then please contact us
immediately by email

. You will need your purchase documentation to hand and details
(preferably including pictures) of the problem. It would help to include
a daytime contact number so we can call to clarify any points and run
through the returns procedure.
In the event of a manufacturing fault occurring, we will
endeavour to send you free of charge spare parts in the first instance
but if this is not possible then we will insist that the item is
returned to the manufacturer for their full expert inspection. This will
cost you an initial £25 to cover carriage & inspection but refunded
in full if a manufacturing fault is confirmed. The item
will then be repaired or replaced and returned to you at no further
cost.
However,
should the fault is deemed to be non manufacturing (ie caused by the way
it has been used not the way it has been made) then the £25
inspection/carriage fee will be retained. Due to their experience and
compliance with legislation/stringent safety standards - we will always
consider the Manufacturer’s decision to be final in these matters.
Please refer to your product instruction manual and
information sheet on how to care for your products and simple ways to
prevent problems arising or contact us for advice.
Ride on Boards: Attachment of additional seats and boards
to any wheeled product will invalidate the manufacturer’s warranty.
All guarantees are effective from the date of delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
